Hi, I would like to rent an apartment in south delhi (one room) to live with my boyfriend while we do the internship (we need it in south delhi because he is doing the internship in Noida and I am doing it in Gurgaon). Basicly, this question is being asked for my dad… He wants to rent out the family maisonette, which has 3 bedrooms, and he refurbished the whole thing himself (what a clever daddy haha) and rent a 3 bedroom garden house for ourselves to live in. If we rent out the maisonette, we will be getting £500+ a week, so around £2000 a month. Our budget for the house we want to rent will be £1000 a month, so that there is a profit which will help to pay of overdraft and credit card bills. Do you think this will work? How do you rent out a house, and rent a house to live in at the same time? I mean if we find a place to live, but no one had rented our house yet, what do we do? Do we have to find someone who is interested in our property before we rent out a place to live or what? Has anyone done this before? how did it work out for you?

we are torn between reading, we think its too far and dear from london ppl say its a dump but then others say its nice we thought it was nice

we like windsor alot but there dosent seem to be any suitable affordable flats to rent

but we’d also like to live in london or nearby it

we only have a budget of £650 – £775 per month to rent and we’d like a 2 bed flat.

its frustrating as we need to move but dont know where and we cant apply for jobs until we know the area we want to move as we’d want to work locally

ive heard greenwich in london is nice but because we dont have a car, we need to be realistic and have supermarkets and shops nearby for walking distance etc

we’re just looking for a nice town, good shops, nice resturants, good transport etc

can anyone recommend anywhere?
